Cannot claim ticket from Dice. Simple as that. Clicking activate ticket on Dice, the browser version of install this app opens without launching AT. And when entering AT there is no way to activate Primavera ticket if there is no QR ) I've created an account with same name/phone but no tickets show up)
The customer service, Arnau has been very responsive and helpful. The apps is easy to use.
I had a great time at Primavera but one of the highlights was being able to delete this terrible thing from my phone. Sells your data to third-party companies (I received a LOT more spam emails after I had to download it), difficult to use, no help from customer support (didn't even read the message I sent), and a huge step backwards generally. Not everybody wants to use their phone as a ticket, and it should not be the only option. Bring back paper tickets!
