Was great for a little while. Uploading photos takes a minute, but it worked. Now it's been 2 months and all of a sudden photos I send act like they go through and everything but apparently they haven't been. I'm finding out the last 30 photos I sent never appeared on the frame. It has strong internet connection and everything. Looks like everyone has this problem.
Can't transfer pictures. I received the frame several years ago and added about 60 pictures right when I opened it. Since then I've tried multiple times to add pictures and I can't see them on the frame. Under the 'message' tab in the app I can see all the pictures I've tried to add but they won't transfer to the frame. Super bummed.
Like others have said, pictures do not upload. The first day I set the frame up, I was able to upload photos onto it but haven't been able to since, even though the app says successful. I bout 3 of these frames because I moved 9 hours away and wanted to share pictures easily with family and now I can't. Very frustrating. I hope this issue is resolved soon. If it gets resolved, I will update my review. Until then 1 star.
