Overall I really like the app, but I am disappointed in the messaging feature. They have made some improvements, but it still needs upgrades. The DNA search feature is poorly designed, and it's hard to search for known matches. The notes feature has been giving an error message when trying to save. This makes organizing your matches very difficult.
It's okay. You cannot see others trees as an example of what isn't shown in the mobile compared to the website. Also when you delete images from the gallery in the mobile version more times than not says it has removed but still is there. Tree disappearing and you have to close out and reopen and start again. Also, every time you turn around they increase prices and nickel and dime you for everything. Other family tree websites do not and are half the price. You cannot even print a clean tree!
The tree section does not work at all, keeps deleting entire profiles from the tree along with all the information which really sucks when you've found and saved a bunch of stuff. Also struggles with issues with the tips being buggy to scroll through. Keep getting errors left and right every second thing you click. Glad I had a free trial, I'm definitely not paying for this. It's now March and none of these issues have been resolved. The tree function is still not working at all.
