1st time I used it, it was very smooth transaction. After I paid my 1st bill in full amount 1 week before the due date, I can no longer use it in store, regardless if you insert or tap it on the machine. Customer service is horrible. They are just replying same message again and again even that is not your concern. Its just a templated email response. Atome doesnt have plan to improve their service. Worst credit/debit card I have ever encountered. Time will come that no one will trust you again.
I'm disappointed. So there's a 2-2.5% (of the whole bill) processing fee even if you pay early? I never had to pay a processing fee with any of my credit cards. That percentage is already my interest rate for my credit cards... It's like you're forcing the interest rate even if we pay early. I will probably never use this app again. What a shame.
Let's start with 5 stars. The App is smooth, fast, simple and concise. User details are secure and tge app is tranwparent. You feel the security and sense of welcoming is felt onvmce you open the app. Simplicity at it best without compromising any important detail and information. Kudos Atome!
