Good concept and good workout style for me, a middle aged man. Disappointed in the quality. Verbal instructions are not consistent with the demonstrator's actions. The "military-style" workouts require more equipment and are poorly formatted for visibility (small video) and poorly narrated. I also didn't like not being able to see what is happening in the next workout so couldn't plan my other fitness activities. Another negative is that back-to-back workouts are for the same muscle groups.
It's really 4.5. I like the positive reinforcement with the exercizes, the calorie counting, and water tracker. I do find that they can be a bit slow when you ask questions. That may be because the person answering them is in a different time zone. The instructions to the first challenge I was on weren't truly clear. The walking requirement and exercise time requirement weren't on the my plan page. They made it clearer with the most recent update. It's working for me.
I love this, BUT.... dear director for the dance exercises... if the instructor is trying to give an example of foot movement, that is not the time for a close-up. If the instructor is showing a side-to-side move, that's not the time for camera 2 to come from the side. It hides the entire movement, so all we get is the fast version later, and we have to watch it 10 times over. I don't think the director ever tried to learn from a video before. That's how it seems.
