This app was working fine yesterday but today all of the sudden whether you try to log in through the app or online none of the credentials are working on either. Credentials haven't changed but both keep promoting for you to keep entering them in. The fact that this is occurring on both site and app it's highly suspicious. Couldn't even check in for a pick up.
Will not allow me to log in to my account. I was logged out while trying to clip coupons. I have uninstalled reinstalled several times. Still takes me to the sign-in page. It will not allow me to log in. This was on 2/11/24 and it has happened again on 3/17/24. This is getting very annoying. Obviously, the team is not too concerned with the problems your patrons are having. I can't see the coupons at all. Every time it happens, I'm going to update this post.
SUGGESTIONS: (1)Allow disabling of coupon clipping haptic vibrations. (2)Allow posting product reviews from app. (3)Add unit pricing on product pages for app/website! Unit prices are super helpful at a glance, instead of having to do math out in head! The app is super fast, much faster than Sam's Club & Costco app. It is intuitive and well organized. I love the scanner tool and easily clippable coupons. The FILTER tool also has a ton of useful options for narrowing down results. Great app, BJs!
