Used to be a very happy user of this app for years. Sadly, it doesn't work properly on my Pixel 8 anymore. Worked fine for a month, then just broke.Pausing with tap features now skips more often than not, and that makes it basically useless. Wanted to reach out to support, but it looks like they've stopped responding to people. Tested another music app and it didn't have the issue. Looked through all the settings, but couldn't find a thing. Really sucks to have to leave all my playlists behind.
The paid version is worth the price. Before buying it I tried MANY different music player apps including the free version for this one. However none of them offered the amount of customization options that come with the paid version. It's not to say it's perfect(make sure all albums have a unique name if you don't want them to share album arts) but if you want the Zune mp3 player experience on a phone, this is as close as you'll get to it.
Several things need to be fixed. First, albums with the same, but different artists are grouped together, all under one of the artists with the same album cover on all songs. That needs to be fixed ASAP. Second, album covers on the home screen widget don't change when the song changes. Third, the lock screen widget looks cheap and doesn't look aligned properly. Needs to go back to the 20.61 widget UI. One star until these are fixed 😕
