Why kick me out from the login and cannot get to login back into the mobile app thereafter? Tried with password and and biometric, but still failed. Tried to reset password but nothing works! How can I access back into my account and points? I have requested for a physical card since 2years ago and retried again some 6months ago, but till now still no news! What is this bonuslink? Are you trying to scam the users?
What's the point of going virtual if no improvement of going cardless. Why should we handover the phone to third person to scan the qr from the app. Any safety assured if the phone is dropped by the cashier at the counter. Better go for the card usage. Even if it's dropped, can be picked up and be used again with no prob and can be used almost everywhere. For example, at the petrol pump can be used at the pump or the counter itself with no issue.
Worst kind of apps I ever met, all other apps even if don't install updates I can still use it, and update later, but this one must update only can use... Resally troublesome and disturbing. At least let people scan first, suddenly got update needed, then have to waste time to update first, making the queue damn long giving troubles to others.
