This camera has really gone downhill as far as the UI. Y'all have so many bugs it's not even funny. One of the most annoying one is mobile tracking and with that comes zooming in. When it should just track someone from one side to the other, when zooming is not enabled it's still zooms in and then tries to proceeded to follow on a much larger image then being zoomed out and trying to fallow a small image. Because when it starts to zoom in even though it's not enabled it will not follow anybody.
App was originally installed in March when I bought the camera and it worked great. Ever since the last update, however, the camera always goes offline with "Network anomaly!" messages after 10-30 seconds. Neither the camera nor the wifi router has moved or changed and all my other comm functions and IoT apps work perfectly. I suspect one of the "bug fixes" has introduced a bug. I'm a retired IT guy and I can't even find any documentation on what the "Network anomaly!" msg means.
Version 3.0.30 Issues with software maintaining connection. Other IoT devices still connected and operational, however, this IP camera goes in and out of connection despite it being right next to the router. So, depending on how the app feels that day, you get to monitor or not. This is not a reliable product and having to seek other solutions. Unfortunately, adding to the list of other users experiencing the same.
