A total waste of time. After hours of playing their games, I found I couldn't cash out my points for gift cards. Apparently the app is selective on whose accounts are given the tab for gift cards, and their support team is non responsive when you email them about the issue. I tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it multiple times, but still couldn't cash out for gift cards. Over all, a total waste of time, and not even worth a one star rating.
It used to work perfectly fine, but recently, the app doesn't even load when opened. All I get is the background wallpaper. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail. Edit: The app is back to working! Definitely the best app of this type that I've used. Edit 2: The app hasn't been counting any of my activity for the past few days. It's essentially unusable.
Racked up some points and went to cash out but I can only do coupons, no gift cards, which I have read dont work that well. I emailed customer support and haven't gotten a response in a week. I researched my problem and saw it is quite common. It is pretty easy to get points so it's like they do this so they can keep their money if you rack up points quickly. I still have the app hoping it will fix but it is just kind of scammy.
