I've been using this app for a while and am generally happy with it. They increase in the amount of coins you need in order to collect rewards is unfortunate. As of yesterday, the app will not open. When I click on the icon, the yellow title page just hangs and refuses to open. Steps are still being tracked, but I have no way to contact support. So frustrating!
Another edit: I can't collect my coins cuz the ads won't pop up anymore. I'm about to just delete! (Edit) 1st off, I love this app. Free gc's just for walking that I do anyway? Doesn't bother me how many points they are, cuz again, IT'S FREE!! Had this app for a few years and I've cashed in 10 gc's already. My complaint: The ads! I know they are needed, but after every 8 coins?! It's the main reason I dropped to 3 stars.
Randomly increased the cost of gift cards twice while I had a ton of coins saved, only allows one card per 24 hours ( wish I knew that before saving my coins) and no longer has surveys available to earn more coins. I'm surprised there are still giftboxes for watching ads, not that they really even seem worth the effort. Also all those clicks just to get coins is so annoying, I realize that is just to bombard us with ads but losing out on coins due to forgetting to click on the collect, do better
