At least, this app saves my particulars for safe entry and exit. The previous QR code reader I installed had me keying in all my info at every entry and exit, resulting in me having to do it over 20 times ! This was despite the fact that I ticked on the "Remember me" box in that app. One suggestion for a better experience would be to enable the app to scan a QR code stored as a picture in the phone. So far, I haven't been able to get the app to do that when I tap on the "scan a picture" icon.
This app used to be very good, but at some point it seems to have had its sensitivity massively overtuned. It picks up barcodes as soon as even a fraction of them are in view instead of when one is centred in the box on-screen. This makes it hard to correctly scan a specific barcode when there are several close together. After being a reliable tool for years, this degradation in performance may force me to find an alternative.
This app lives up to its billing. Scans QR codes off of the camera as well as images saved in the gallery. Add this to the very low ads rate on the free version and its tasting like a lungful of fresh air. Suffice it all to say that you have a satisfied user here. Keep up the good work.
