I love rewatching, watching, and discovering new shows and stuff like that.. But a few issues come to mind. For example, when I want to download multiple episodes of a show, I'd have to manually download each one of them and not just choose multiple, it's frustrating. This other issue has happened to me a lot, and I just hate it. When I try to watch something , it's just a black screen, with audio. I'd try to restart the app, but I'd have to wait for days, maybe even weeks to watch again. Thanks
So slow. Everytime I watch a movie or series it will just load without playing. I had to restart my device (TV and phone) and the it will still load for 5 minutes before playing what I want to watch. I never had this problem with Netflix and Prime. PS. If I can edit 0 stars I would. I contacted their rep as suggested but their reps do not know what they are doing. They ask me to do the same steps every email and keep asking for same info I already provided. Don't waste your money on this app.
Monthly subscription is not worthy due to horrible buffering issue. Every time we'll watch a movie or series it's taking forever to load. I tried all possible troubleshooting steps but same issue persist. Device software is updated, cleared the app cache and data, uninstall and reinstall the app as well. We might have to cancel subscription. I hope they can come up with the app update that will fix this issue.
