The book was distinguished from the rest of the texts of Hanafi jurisprudence (despite its abundance): it relied on the well-known current sayings on the Hanafi school of thought, and tightly organized the consistent issues, and presented the jurisprudential branches that the Muslim should take note of, in a language that tends to be easy and avoids complexity while adhering to precise idiomatic expressions, to Besides, the author did not follow the method used in arranging it. The Hanafi jurists combined this text with books approved in the doctrine, as “Tashkabrizadeh” mentioned about the knowledge of fatwas and about the book Tuhfat al-Muluk, which stated: “It is a science in which the rulings issued by the jurists in partial facts are narrated in order to make the matter easier for minors after them, and the books authored in This science is more than being enumerated... But we mention from them, in summary, some of the considered books that fall on our school of thought (Hanafiyyah).
