Day two and the app continually freezes or pauses on its own and have to start the workout over again. Still on the free trial but don't pay for this. Too buggy. Update: I'm really glad you guys have a copy paste response to your reviews. Shows the level of professionalism you have. The content is not the issue, again, it is the technical aspect.
No stars actually. Customer service contact us is a JOKE! There are 5 options to pick from stating what your email to them is about. Them is an automatic response. The responses all say the same thing how to terminate your subscription Copilot us a way better coaching app. Yes they are a lot more money, but you get so much more including talking to a live customer service
Just downloaded and for now it's not the greatest fitness app out there. You have to pay if you want a personalized program. However I won't be paying because the UI experience is awful. The scrolling of the app is so laggy despite my phone having a 90Hz refresh rate. Finally many of the workout sessions are way too short (10mins a day). The app desperately needs improvement!
