Horrible app. It doesn't make sense to make all internet user controls and benefits be available ONLY in app. There is very little I am able to do from the cox website without being directed to use the app. The app doesn't ever work correctly after 5 years of cox service. It used to freeze all the time and now recently, when needing to change some settings and hook up a new router, I discovered the app won't even open, it just redirects and shuts down after several attempts in the past week.
This is app has some series design flaws. Cannot report outage without being connected to the wifi. Everyone using this app probably has a data connection why can it not use that? The button that says "your account is always available" does not direct you when you press it. I seriously hope these were not intentional design choices.
I love the app but there are 5 logins for me/my account(s) & I always get confused as to which one is associated with my current service! Lol (must be getting old) I cannot get into the app. I am having the same problem as the review stating that it opens & then rapid fires different screens not stopping on anything. Really frustrating!!!
