Extremely inaccurate app. 1. The timing for only parking tickets if 1 hour is dispalyed. For longer periods are not indicated. 2. The displayed timer is incorrect (timer starts only for 1 hour). The timer still shows pending time even after the expiration of ticket. 2. No parking ticket is visible. Neither is proof of payment of ticket. 3. Payment of parking done is not reflected to the inspectors. Fine is issued even when ticket is bought and active. 4. Parking exceptions not reflected.
Good app. Very convenient to pay for parking and tolls in Abu Dhabi. Would be even better to if I could pay for parking on a car that isn't registered to my name. And to pay for parking across the country. I wouldn't mind if the app could be similar to Dubai's RTA app.
Seamless transactions, whether adding new car or parking or toll. Well integrated. Humble suggestion- if options are available to issue parking ticket for other emirates from this App, it would be a bonus!!
