This app is the worst part of the Invisalign process. Every single scan needs to be retaken over and over and over again, either due to blurriness or because some genius decided that there needs to be a restart scan button on the screen during the entire process with no confirmation request that trashes the entire scan if you so much as brush it while taking the scanbox off your phone. The amount of times I have accidentally hit that button and had to retake the whole scan is insane.
Works consistently as it's supposed to. I've never had any issues with it to date and I've been using with my Invisalign since Sept 2022. So far, it's been a great system and I love that I can travel and still send my scans without having to worry about appointments. It's a great app for my needs!
There are a few issues with the app, the first being the latest update causes crashes. My main issue is that it does not allow you to be logged in on multiple devices. The scanbox attachment is not compatible with my pixel 7 pro due to the orientation of the cameras on the pixel. So I am forced to use an old phone to scan. This creates issues when my dentists messages me and I am unable to log in or respond with out logging out of the scan phone first.
