Locate the Play Store in LDPlayer's system apps, launch it, and sign in to your Google account
Enter "Duux" into the search bar and search for it
Choose and install Duux from the search results
Once the download and installation are complete, return to the LDPlayer home screen
Click on the game icon on the LDPlayer home screen to start enjoying the exciting game

Does anyone know of a way around having to use this app? Practically useless in every single way. Rarely updates temperature readings. 95% of the time incorrectly reflects the status of the heater I have set up in the app. Out of the box, set up took 5 attempts as the app kept crashing - on a device more than capable of running this primitive app. Such a shame because the heater itself looks great and works well. Disappointing.
I use the app with a Duux Edge, and it works well. Its fairly intuitive and very functional, but its possible to confuse the app & heater. Those things arent really a problem for me since I'm very comfortable with technology, but if you're not so confident with apps and your phone/wifi connections, all that stuff, then you'll probably get frustrated and confused sometimes. Duux does seem to care and take themselves seriously, so they'll probably streamline the whole experience, I'm not worried.
The heater itself is great, and for the first week of ownership, the app worked flawlessly, then it stopped connecting to the duux 2. I can no longer get the app and unit to speak to each other no matter how many times I try to reconnect them. The app is an integral part of why I purchased this unit. Without the ability to control it remotely, it is useless to me. PLEASE fix the app issues as it did work at the start of ownership, so I dont understand why it would suddenly stop!!!
