How to Download ECI MobileTech on PC?
Download and install LDPlayer on your computer
Locate the Play Store in LDPlayer's system apps, launch it, and sign in to your Google account
Enter "ECI MobileTech" into the search bar and search for it
Choose and install ECI MobileTech from the search results
Once the download and installation are complete, return to the LDPlayer home screen
Click on the game icon on the LDPlayer home screen to start enjoying the exciting game
If you've already downloaded the APK file from another source, simply open LDPlayer and drag the APK file directly into the emulator.

This does not work as they promote. Constant server time outs and lock ups. This causes the phone to run slow and battery to drain. Remote tech much better. This is now 2024 and same issues. Now draining battery to almost 10%. Service manager has notified you numerous times and issue do not get resolved. 3-1-24. Says need u0date but no update on store. Cannot log in. Thankfully we still have rts and can continue to work. This seems like we are beta testing the app yet
Been using MobileTech since its release. Initially there were strong errors but the ECI developers were prompt to resolve the issues and continue to provide new features. From my mgmt view, our own IT support and especially the Technicians using it, we find this to be a solid, stable tool and more beneficial than other choices for supporting Technician activity, it walks all users through every needed entry with ease. We have now used it problem-free for several years. Highly recommend this app.
My company switched from Remote Tech to this horrible app, Big mistake! out of sync errors don't resolve. Maps don't open when clicking on address, have to copy and paste. emails don't get sent to customers or myself. This app lacks so many features that Remote Tech has. I would either pull this app off the Play Store or start from scratch and do it the right way.
