Choosing an available schedule is extremely complicated. I have to click on each doctor's name one by one to find a doctor with an available schedule. After getting the schedule, comes new problem. I can't even make a payment. Every time I choose payment method, there's a notification saying "complete your previous order" even though I haven't ordered anything at all.
What is the point of choosing reschedule or cancel if in the end it is the same? My appointment immediately cancelled after choosing reschedule. The apps not helping at all and no respond from customer service. Very disappointing.
Download it, register the patient number, surprise! Wrong data profile. Want to edit? No you can't! Ask the cs of your go to FDC and they will fix it for you! (So what is the point of this app?) Had been scheduled for appointment through doctor, and then you can't go. Ask the cs they said "rescheduled by App" okay, i went to the app, and guess what? My appointment got cancelled already! What's the point of reschedule button then? and cs didn't help much, teir explainings are as bad as the app.
