I really like this app. Full screen changing flashing light along with flashlight on back of phone both flash simultaneously.
The tempo sliders are only available while you're actually using the app. If you play around with them while using the app, and your brightness is on full, in a dark room, you go blind. Also, the white light has no filter, so it's way brighter than the rest of the colours (probably due to OLED). Overall impression: bright af
