Locate the Play Store in LDPlayer's system apps, launch it, and sign in to your Google account

I got this as a Christmas gift, and initially l was impressed. But that soon changed. Connectivity between the app and watch was soon lost, the only way l could reconnect was to reinstall the app and restore factory settings on the watch. I've done this a few times already, but now that doesn't even work, l've been trying for days to restore the connection. I can see the watch connection on my phone, but just can't connect.
Notifications are forced on you. Of you shut them off, the app won't work. But you also can't just have the badge notification. It has to be allowed to sit at the top of your screen at all times even though there is nothing to notify you of except maybe 1 more step you took. I.T. PEOPLE!!! Please fix this ASAP and release a new update before I delete altogether.
A so-so app and wearable. Temperature and blood pressure readings are incorrect when compared to readings from a regular thermometer and BP cuff. I'm not certain if the SPo2 readings are correct either. There's been a firmware update available for the whole time I've had the wearable but it will not download. Would the update fix the issues with measurements being wrong? I have no idea b/c I can't download it! Planning to wait 1 more week, in case it gets fixed before returning it for a refund.
