I love GET your Guide!, I have used it since it first came out, and have booked countless activities from Mont St Michelle to Pompeii to Windsor Castle, abd the Eiffel Tower. Multiple times. I want my bookings to stay in my profile, so I can use the tour I liked again. When we upgrade app, they seem to disappear. This would make it better. Thanks!
BEWARE! This is the worst app and very false advertising when it comes to its 24 hour cancellation policy. If I could give negative stars, I would. I purchased 2 tickets today for an aquarium and within 1 hour I tried cancelling but they said my 24 hour period ended yesterday, when I didn't even have tickets! Not only this app but the place lead you in false advertising. I wouldn't use this app again even if it is the only way to purchase tickets. SUCKS!
My experience was very bad. The booking went smooth, but I booked 2 events and I did need to cancel one of them. From the application I tried to cancel the booking and got a message saying something went wrong and then contacted the support who took very long time then said they can't refund and cancel. I wouldn't recommend this app or their system.
