This app is easy to from the start and is very intuitive. I especially like the ability to check GI and GL with a tap of a finger. The only shortcoming is the relatively small listing of food choices.
I paid so I could see the gylcemic load and carb information for foods. But it's been disappointing. The only options are either grams or ounces. That doesn't work for everything. Also the food list is lacking. You don't have tortillas on the list!! It would be so much better if you could scan bar codes!!! I'll stick to Myfitnesspal!!
This has changed a lot over the years. I recall paying for this but I haven't used it much. Now it's all premium focused. The UI is confusing. The functions are confusing (just like they were years ago), the side menu is ugly and shoves registration under your nose. Basic backup is restricted to accounts. Can I just export to my device or cloud service like every other damn app these days? No? Did I overlook something?
