Very informative! Lots of information! Unfortunately,it seemed they couldn't tell I was even in the class which makes me wonder was I in the wrong one bc she was in a totally different time zone! But I was able to see everything on my end and hear it all. Some people just need to make sure they are muted at all times. And I will say occasionally, the instructor went a little too fast through some important parts as I was taking notes, following her PowerPoint and trying to keep up in the guide
Main reasons for my rating: 1. When I clicked on a webinar link on my phone, I was forced to download the app to join the meeting. There was no "quick start" or browser-only option. 2. The session I attended was a mix of live presenters and pre-recorded video. My phone was connected to an external Bluetooth speaker. The live audio would come through my external speaker, but the recorded videos did not. I had switch to the speaker option to hear them. The audio output should be consistent.
I was skeptical about how useful this app would be. It was required to attend, so I had no choice. Glad to say that I was pleasantly surprised! Multi-tasking ease, no buffering, and consistent connectivity are all anyone ever wants expects or asks from their video conferencing apps. Better than Skype, Zoom, and Google Meet! I am definitely impressed. I see why they chose this app for our 2 hour orientation.
