To start your ride:
📱 Download the hop app.
🙂 Create an account.
🗺️ Find the closest hop on the map.
🔓 Scan the QR code.
💨 Kick the scooter with one foot. Once you’ve gained some speed, you can push on the throttle to accelerate and start enjoying your city.
🐢 If you want to slow down, gently use the brake.
Let's finish the ride
🛴 After your ride has finished, park the scooter in designated parking spots without blocking pedestrians and access routes.
🔒 Lower the kickstand to avoid the scooter from falling over and lock it.
📸 Take a photo of the parked hop.

Last 2 times that I tried to end my ride I was unable to do so. There was an error saying something was wrong and it kept charging me for longer. I had to use other devices to get to end the rides which was quite difficult. I really hope you fix those issues and I can enjoy your services again!
Essentially no communication options for the customer. IAM impressed of how bad is the app. Lacking competition in my city unfortunately. Happy New year! Even the response is not in English :) that's a new level of communication.
This app I dangerous for your credit card. First u will have problems to log in. After u will for sure have problems to log out and finish the ride. For example u will for sure spend 2 more euros, because while app is bagging, clock continued to count. I was really mad and just wanted to park the vehicle and finish the ride, but I barely can do it. Because app was always bagging, showing mistakes, logging out. I wish I have read comments first
