With this app you can easily keep track of your exercises, it comes with a premade set of categories and exercise types that you may or may not be familiar with.

You can add and edit these categories and exercise types as you wish.
With these you can add new exercises, choosing a category and exercise type and then adjusting the number of sets and reps you did as well as the weight involved. For example bicep curls, 3 sets x 10 reps with 10 kilogram.

You can then see the exercise in the exercises tab, which displays the exercises in groups of weeks. The main focus for the app is to log your exercises and then be able to see what you have done the previous day or previous week, so that it is easier to keep track of what exercises you now should do. Furthermore, after having used the app for a while you can see your own progress in the progress tab. Here you can see how many exercises you did spread out over days or weeks.

The sidebar visible on the top right of the screen enables you to filter out categories so that you can see either the exercise list or the progress graph for only the shoulders or only the arms for example.

This is an alpha release with much more to come. The goal is to make the progress graph so flexible and insightful that it can help shape your progress in a major way.
