The app works great majority of the time, maybe a couple of minor flaws in the system, but overall, it is very easy to navigate. I do appreciate how we, as fandoms, can help support our groups' comebacks through polls and advertisements. My only issue that I've encountered while using IDOL CHAMP is the roulette system. There are times when the wheel will malfunction and not give any ruby chamsim at all, allowing my spin to be wasted on nothing. A repair is very much-needed.
One of the better kpop voting apps for sure! Though lately, ads seem to crash more often than not, I keep ending up with a white screen with code displayed, the exit button broken, and I have to fully restart the app. It still has a timer after that, but no points get counted. Itd be no problem if it was every once and a while, but currently its nearly every ad that crashes like this, it makes it hard to gather chamsims for my favorite group's upcoming comeback.
The ads keep having playback issues and it won't give me my hearts //Update: The latest version hasn't fixed anything at all.//Let me just edit to explain the ad situation, it doesn't just say there's no ads available and try again, no it throws a screen full of code at me and when I press the X button it closes and does not give any hearts or stars. This really needs to be fixed, I'm sorry, but I cannot afford to buy votes on this disappointing app.
