Horrible app. The app advertises deals on the home page (such as £1 express delivery), however the deal does not automatically apply at checkout (despite stating it will), and there's no link to read the terms & conditions. Checkout process is awful. Very poor all round.
It has the potential to be a great app, but the filter function is garbage (and completely missing for the Black Friday sale, currently). Perhaps they think that making us scroll through hundreds of irrelevant results will make us impulse purchase something else, but if I can't filter down to a reasonable number of results, I'll abandon my search and go elsewhere. This app is not user friendly.
Placed an order for store delivery, waiting on order & no show after 1 week. Contacted Customer services after 20 minutes holding on, informed order has been lost in transit. Advised to reorder! Little boy without birthday present! Not impressed
