A worst experience tbh, it's like the apps works when it wants to not when you need it. Frequent disconnections and not being able to recieve otp. GETTING THE OTP IS A GAME OF LUCK‼️. Otp never comes when you are one any other dns except jio, and even switching back to jio default doesnt mean you will get the otp. Trashy app to be honest, fixing this needs to be there first priority. I have paid for 1 year just to recieve this kind of service ⁉️
Was a good app when I first installed it... Always online with no problem but now, only when I am calling someone, the voice service is online, else it's always offline.... Takes a serious amount of time to load and turn online... For the last 6 months, my experience of this app is getting worse.......
If there was option of not giving a star then it was better back from 1 year I m using it and it is worst to call someone we have to click the call option 1000 times then it takes the call it always says connect to wifi where I am already connected to it after connecting also the voice breaks. please see behind this problem .
