Got the XXL Air Fryer and love it... Except the smoking but I'm slowly working to deal with that. Anyway, I love this app, the recipes are quick, easy, and delicious. I am definitely looking forward to seeing more added so I can try them out. Only reason I gave a 4 start is because the app at times can be a bit laggy. Other than that, no issues.
Was looking forward to using the app with my new connected xxl airfryer but it won't pair. Got an error 6 so changed my wifi band to 2.4 then kept getting an error 3. Wifi stays on so i know its connected it just won't show up on the app. Did 2 resets, switched off for 2 min, switched on and tried again and still f. All. Update : got it fixed after the APP updated.
After a long struggle, I managed to connect my Philips 5000 XXL (HD9285) to the NutriU app. The only way I was able to connect the airfryer to the app was to pair it as the 5000 XL (HD9280). I could not pair it as the XXL model even after many attempts including a number of factory resets, and making sure my Wifi network was 2.4 GHz only. Hopefully this will assist the development team to fix the bug. And hopefully it will also assist other app users while they wait for a bug fix.
