This app has been terrible for a long time. Crashes all the time. The latest frustrations are, when viewing an item and you try to go back it goes all the way back and doesn't save your spot. When viewing previous orders you cannot click on an item and view details. It makes you search and find it via home page instead. The QA process must be terrible there.
This app sometimes never opens, I have to continue to close it when it stays on the screen that just shows the logo. It also crashes a ton and sometimes freezes my phone trying to get out of the crash. It needs a ton of work/bug fixes! I am not one to usually complain, but this seems like it's been going on for too long!
This app is always freezing. It's so frustrating. Also, it's hard to find items in store on the app. Sometimes, they don't come up. Last the like items it suggests are so off! Help me make an outfit or find similar styles, not something completely unrelated. Other store apps are by far easier to navigate and use.
