Most recent March update has caused more issues than it supposed to have addressed. So many new niggly little problems all amounting to a poor and unstable user experience. Not good if one relies on the software to function reliably for income revenue. Perhaps Laserpecker should spend time listening to their users/paying customers. Great products let down as usual by the lack of proper app development. Stop releasing new products & deal with the existing issues. Like the firmware situation. 🤔
New update just makes things difficult. The new update may look a bit better but is alot more work. There is no more home button. No history. No manual adjustment, fonts are gone among others. Wish we could back.
App not usable. To do anything I need a user account. When I try to set up my mail I get an error about e-mail formatting? First test, writing my name and it's mirrored on the engraved surface without any additional option marked?!? And why the f#$% do I need an account to use a 1000€ hardware device?
