Not having a great experience. From glitches in my account and screens not appearing properly, to not getting credited with my reading times, video credit, etc. I fill out feedback information and basically get told it's my fault, things are working properly with no assistance, credit or resolution. I have updated the app every time it needs to be updated which occurs very frequently. By far the worst novel app out of all of the apps I use to read online. Going to forget it and delete.
Found a book that seemed promising, started reading it and saw a few grammatical errors. In the beginning I just dismissed them. The problem is, the farther along I read, the worse it got until there were disjointed incomplete sentences that made absolutley no sense. Do not recommend as stories seem to be terrible translations that make no sense.
The new update has caused a problem with the Rewards program. When I try to watch the videos to earn Vouchers, it just takes me back to the home screen instead of playing the videos. Please fix!!! Usually the App is very good so I hate to give only 2 stars.
