Got the app after the free trial week and loving it ever since. I noticed that some reviews mention not being able to find the last bits of the sleepscspes, but that's probably one of the points. The app makes you work for some parts to practice mindfulness. You can always click the magnifier icon for help but I avoid it. Getting the music after completion of the sleepscape that you can listen to anytime, stories and the soothing voice, the animations after coloring...love it all. Reccomend.
I am editing my review because I have now been playing for a year and pay for this because this actually works so well for me. I used to go to bed at night and stare into the darkness forever trying to sleep because I have tinnitus and it is supper hard for me to fall asleep. This is one app I would recommend to people if they have sleep issues. It has worked for me. Plus, the graphics are done extremely well. Some voices are not as relaxing to me, but overall..I love this app!
This app really is good at what it's supposed to do. The escape activities have helped me fall asleep better than any other sleep app. However the reason for 3 stars is that, should you fall asleep whilst using the app (which is likely), it'll carry on running throughout the night. In my case, that's either caused my phone to die (so no alarm in the morning), or I wake up to overheating error messages on my phone. The developers should include some kind of inactivity timeout feature.
