The interface is clean and easy to use, I like that you can search for people who have the same hair type as you and can see their journeys through hair growth and styles, and if you have any questions or in need of support the community is positive and supportive in helping because they have all been through something similar during their journey, I have learned many different things about my hair and different products to use that will affect it through the app.
The app is great works smoothly without any problem Only problem I had was that I was facing some issue with updating my hair profile , then I contacted through 'contact us'. My problem is now solved (Response is very very fast) And second problem is that it is required to get premium subscription for product recommendation on your hair type (which I don't as a major problem) Other then that everything is absolutely brilliant
This has been a great community for me to take a step back into when I encounter new growth pains while growing out my hair. It allows me to relate to people who experience similar situations and sometimes a crossroad. Really great for feeling your are not alone in this, also to see peeps with a similar hair type to mine gives me the opportunity to use them as inspiration or a projection of where I want to be. My reason for the 4-star rating is because there is always room for improvement!
