When first using the app it was good. An update in early December had Bluetooth connectivity issues and didn't display workout data live. The late December update fixed most live display workout data, except resistance. It tracks in the post workout report average resistance. Not live though. The app would be much better if resistance displayed live, but it's better than the last update. I'd rate higher if resistance is fixed.
Workouts constantly freeze or crash. Interface is really only designed for the smart rower version which changes resistance levels electronically. Workout resistance levels only show briefly during workout and more often than not are different than what the instructor says. It makes it difficult for the user of the manual rower that needs to change resistance levels manually. Resistance and stroke rate targets should always show on the interface along with showing when you are not within target.
Not very many courses but more importantly, doesn't auto adjust the resistance like its supposed to. It also used to show you the course section SPM target for my rower and a nice speedometer to show how close I was. The most recent update broke it and generally made the app UI worse and less readable. Unfortunately some of the instructors have very thick accents that are hard to understand over the rower noise.
