Update Google Assistant finally connected, but now it has a fatal error that causes an endless loop of Please restart. Then the only way to stop that is to reinstall, but when you add device tiles it crashes again. Still have a crash issue, fix is to remove app and reinstall. Now once a week they no longer communicate now have to delete them, then individually reset bulbs and reconnect to them in the app.
I hate this app and they have the audacity to ask for money to see a larger size picture of a screen capture. Cloud services make sense, but to charge me to see a photo when the app itself doesn't work is infuriating. The buttons barely respond. I have to keep constantly closing it to get the app to work. The cameras themselves aren't better than their older ones that work with the geeni app. As soon as I can I'm getting different and better cameras. Ever again with this company.
good app, but it can be slow to respond to devices, and trying to delete activity in mass sometimes makes it freeze. Update after 3 days of use and having to reformat the 64gb micro SD card to fat32 for both cameras. I was able to download 2 videos from one camera, and now, when I try to download a video, it just closes the app and doesn't download the video. I am in a very bad situation, so being able to download video evidence is a big deal. So, download from SD card is important for safety.
