Adding connection issue errors now. On the app and the website. I've tried my home internet and my mobile data and the same issue occurs. There are plenty of features and options regarding account access and usage but the app is slow to respond. If you don't let something load, you have to force close the app, sign back in and hope whatever you want to get to loads.
Sometimes, I can't load, so I then have to stop playing or sign off. I'm new at this for only a week and a half. I've never played online. So this will take a little time to figure things out. I gave 4 stars because of the loading process declines, sometimes. I also noticed, that when I play Demo, I win. Soon as I play with my real money, I lose! 😡
This app is absolute trash. You spend more time in the loading screen than anything else. Also the biometrics still doesn't work for logging in. I've been using this app for well over a year and nothing has been fixed or done about any of this issues. On the bright side I have gambled less thanks to the inability of this app to work correctly.
