Can't connect wifi or device to phone. Doesn't have a qr code to even scan ,and doesn't have any device information for camera to use for any setup details. So far the device and this app is useless and waste of money!
This app is working very well and all the functionality is working without any issues. Setting up the pinhole spy cam was also a breeze to do. First connect to local WiFi of camera, then launch minicam, add the camera, and lastly change WiFi connection to your WiFi SSID. Don't forget to change the admin password and you will be good to go. Strong WiFi signal is absolutely required to take full advantage, because the camera image at 1080P is quite good for such a little device.
The app controls the camera just fine; however, it injects intrusive adds, it transmits phone data to an undisclosed location, and worst if all it establishes permission to install additional software without the users knowledge or permission! Norton gives this app a hard fail on that last point - there is no reason why any app designer should do something like that!! Fix these egregious security issued, and I'd rate the app 5-stars. Otherwise i would not suggest putting it on a secure system
