The service is disappointing. Initially, they advertise a subscription fee, but to access features like microphone and camera, additional charges apply. Upon opening the app. They claim of locating a phone by entering a number which u grant them access and its misleading; after entering the number, a subscription window immediately pops up, devoid of any free or single-number trial options. The overall cost is excessive, and better alternatives are available with other programs or apps..
I have tried a number of tracking/monitoring apps. Both my wife and I use these so we can easily meet up particularly in crowded venues. This is the best by far. The maps are super clear even when zoomed in. It's easy to set up and use. This app uses very few resources and functions well with older phones.
This app has charged me multiple times without giving me what I paid for and as of now, completely removed ALL features not even 24 hours after paying for my 2nd months subscription. Of course, without refund bc they don't do refunds. Bought unlimited camera minutes, never got them and took SEVEN emails to DIFFERENT "customer support" email addresses and over a week to get ONE reply. Asking for pictures I had already provided in a previous email to the first "customer support" address listed.
