The app still needs more improvement. One opportunity that I can suggest is regarding the values that is being recorded with the mwearables. I hope the softwafe developer will add a feature in the app like widgets to see the Blood pressure,HR,Temperature and sleep data. In addition, the sleep data should also be determine if it is light, deep, REM or wake ups. Those feature would help a lot of your consumers especially with the elderly ones.
I like the app but why does it always exit the app when I open it even though I've done those technique's(uninstall& install, clear data, relog in, update and etc.) But it still it won't fix the bug or maybe an error? And in addition that when connecting the mwell app on the mwell watch. Sometimes it disconnect and doesn't shows or can't scan the watch/ can't reconnect on the app...

A customer service representative reached out to me so my doctor and I can continue our consultation elsewhere. My doctor made sure I got the prescription I needed and showed extreme professionalism as well as expertise. Am thoroughly impressed! Will definitely book again when I need anything medically, and will recommend them to others!
