Unbelievable. You get a sms campaign to install the Kyivstar app, you download it - and it just does not work. Freezes, loading for 30 sec, some buttons don't work, top up (main function ) does not work. And this continues for years of it's development. Could not use it. All they say is thank you contact our support ))
The app doesn't resume when I multitask between two apps. And the search in contacts doesn't work.
No English?? Vodafone and Lifcell both have English on their app. English is an international language. Doesn't make sense for the big Kyivstar company!
