The app is crushing continuously and it is full of bugs. You can not contact customer support in real time using the messaging service and if you call through the app, you will waste your time with the automated answering system without being able to connect to an operator, and finaly rhe phone call will be automatically closed., Avoid this app and operator that do not value their customers.
Update: Areas for the factura and factara details haven't worked for a while now but I think they changed it so it only applies to customers with Abonament, not PrePay. Good app, doesn't crash. No problems paying online with Raiffeisen or BT but CEC bank doesn't work (I think it is the bank, not Orange).
In the Era of everything should be faster and faster, the navigation between options makes you wait for a while. Other than that, the app is Functioning properly.
