Good app overall! My main gripe is it's slow to update the status of the car e.g. charge level. Also, I often don't receive the "Belt Boss" in-app achievement. This is because I start the car to run the heater as I scrape off snow and ice and the amount of time that takes is enough for the app to think I've spent a significant portion of my drive without a seatbelt. The achievement should be based on time spent moving or since the car began moving.
App fluctuates between connecting to the car and then not connecting for a long period of time. I haven't been able to connect for a while now and nothing ever seems to fix it. The app also lacks a lot of features and information that would be nice to have. Things like fuel economy stats and trip histories. The ability to control specific heating and cooling settings.
Update: 01/17/24 After my previous review in 2021, the app started to function properly for me. It's been a few years, and since the last update, I'm experiencing problems again. The app keeps stalling and will not start my car. Please fix it! I rely on this app when it's cold out!!!😡 4/2/21 I wish I could give this app upgrade is awful and not working!
