Has never provided me a consistent service. When it works its good and useful. But I've more often than not found myself frustrated with it, particularly in regards to payments. Money in the bank, multiple payment methods, apps up to date but still "oh no, something went wrong." The app seems to time out without notice. If im taking food orders, by the time I've filled in everyones requests I have to restart the app and fill out the order again. As a long term myOdeon customer im not pleased.
I like the app, though it can crash occasionally and some UI things can be a little frustrating; like if you go back after selecting a screening/time it doesn't take you back where you were, so you have to scroll down to find it again. Also, it's a bit untuitive how to add cinemas to the my cinemas screen. Mostly small things really, it's otherwise a much smoother process than using the web-based booking system.
This app is completely hopeless. I spent five minutes trying to find out what is on in Kingston. it used to be much easier to do that. The initial sign in seems to have changed so that my Google saved password didn't work. Then asking for a ten character password makes it very hard to remember the human brain can only save 7or 8 characters. The opening page provides no help at all in offering to tell me what's on. Endless scrolling needed to go through choices. Awful!
