I know saying you guys are scam might not be generally true but in my case you are,this is my second time of purchasing data without being credited on a streak. It'll be really great if your app could take bank transfer instead of paying with card option only. If only you could under the pain of using the last few MBs you have to purchase a data that's never going to drop 😤😤
Pro - Very easy to communicate with customer service from the app. - When the app works, it works very well. Con So many bugs - Many times, it force closes when performing an action, like calling, recharging, view contact list etc. - After ending a call it automatically starts the call again in the background - Sometimes when you are on a call, it's almost not possible to end the call as you won't be able to see the active call in the screen. One has to force close the app to end the call.
When call comes in, there is literally no way to pick up, the phone keeps ringing but you can't pick up, when you open the app, it goes to the normal home page and there is no means to pick up. Also when you are on a call and you minimise, you cant get back to the call screen hence you cant drop the call, so if the other party doesn't drop you are screwed. Your airtime is gone. Kindly fix these bugs. They have been there for months.
