Almost perfect. I would like to see a feature added that the hotspot stay active unless manually turned off. I constantly have to go into the app and turn it on. Update. I thought I had the option to not turn off enabled, but I reset my phone this weekend and forgot to select that option.
Works beautifully. If you plan to tether a laptop or desktop PC with it, you will have to get into Windows Control Panel to manually update a couple of settings, but instructions for doing that are available in the app's help menu. Once everything was set up properly the app worked perfectly. A couple of random disconnects but those were easily fixed by restarting the app. Highly recommend.
This App saved my day! I got an updated Android 13 phone, and sad to find out that the hot-spot tethering will force-shutdown if it cannot detect any Internet in 5 minutes (whoever wrote this feature should be fired). After I used this App, not only the shutdown problem was gone, my SMB server finally is fast enough to stream 4k videos! This App deserves every penny it asks, because I was close to pay $69 for a travel router. Now I don't have to.
