Android app keeps crashing. I downloaded it a month ago, and it was working. I registered successfully. I am leaving for Umrah next week, iA. I can not open it to do anything. It crashes when I click the login button. After several attempts the phone's os provides the following message "Nusuk closed because this app has a bug. Try updating the app after the developer provides a fix for this error."
I've created an account. And now it's not letting me log in. It logged me out on its own. I deleted the app, reinstalled it. My account is there but apparently I've attempted too many times and the verification code keeps glitching me back tot the log in screen. I've had this app for a month and have been trying to book! Now I'm close to visitation and I can't even log on!
The app is totally trash. Can't book anything for February. I've tried everything from clearing cache to uninstalling and reinstalling. It's extremely disappointing and frustrating to be paying thousands to visit a place from overseas and not have access to one of the most beloved places to be in the world.
